2. Last-Minute Cancellations
In the event our team arrives at the job site and the customer cancels the appointment at that time, a cancellation fee of 50% of the job cost will be charged.

To ensure a seamless experience, customers are responsible for the following:

Providing access to the property prior to the scheduled cleaning time. Failure to do so may result in rescheduling or cancellation fees.
Accurate Information:
Providing complete and accurate payment details at the time of booking.
Appointment Changes:
Notifying us promptly of any changes to the appointment, such as rescheduling, cancellations, or scope of work updates.
